Mental health Problems related to a lockdown 🏡💻

In general, all people separated from their loved ones, along with the stress of confinement and adapting to an online life. There are also unemployed people and people who lost their loved ones.
Personally, I have anxiety and depression years ago, it helped me a lot to walk and now I avoid it because my grandmother and mother are chronic patients. To cope I try to embroider and learn how to cook new recipes, I started to attend the psychologist too. However, with college stuff, sometimes I just focus on it and put aside mental health care.

I feel like the pandemic affected us a lot in our lives, it’s all so uncertain, at times you think it’s going to get better, but there are days when you just think we’ll last for years like this. In addition, last year in October anxiety rates doubled, now they must have increased more.
When the pandemic is over, I’d like to see my friends, since I haven’t seen them since March 2020, I’d like to go trekking again and generally have those little things that the pandemic took from us.
